If one of our rental homes has not been cleaned and maintained to our "100% Clean Guarantee" standards we will quickly resolve the issue(s). If we are unable to quickly prepare the property to our standards, we will refund your cleaning fee for your entire stay.

Early check-in and out is handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of the property. It is important that we have ample time to clean and prepare each rental in between visits by renters. Because if this we may not be able to accommodate all these types of requests. Please call us at 888-867-5309 and we can see it those options are available for your dates.

Each of our rental properties are well stocked with towels, blankets, sheets, pillowcases etc. We also fully stock our bathrooms and kitchens with paper products and soap. Our goal is to make it feel like home, so each property is fully stocked with your essentials.

Each property has a weekly cleaning fee associated with it depending on the size of the property. The fee ranges from $75-$500. Cleaning fees are clearly marked on the individual pages for each property.
We allow dogs in each of our rentals. The fee for each dog is $150 per week.
There is no smoking allowed inside any of our rentals.
There is a $250 cancellation fee if you cancel within 14 days of your planned stay.

We know that staying connected is important to most of us. Each of our rentals are equipped with TV and Internet. Internet speeds vary are the different properties so we can't guarantee that! Most have speeds fast enough to stream media over phones and computers though.
